任英国皇家生物会《Dalton Trans.》等顾问编委;Scientific Report、中国科技生物、研讨导报、国企学报、无机生物学报、中国生物快报、结构生物等杂志编委;金属与分子基材料生物天津市要点实验室组长;中国生物会理事、中国晶体协会理事;中国生物会晶体生物专长委员会组长和中国生物会无机生物专长委员会委员、三昇体育平台工作委员会委员、长春应化所稀土资源利用国内要点实验室及其它多个省部级要点实验室技能委员;发改委革新团体发展计划带头人(2013-)、天津生物化工协同革新中心团体负责人(PI)和国内自然科技基金革新群体带头人(2015-)等。承担国内973课题、国内自然科技基金革新研讨群体、重大、要点及面上基金及其它课题等。已在国内外重要技能刊物上(如Chem. Soc. Rev., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv, Mater., Chem. Sci., Chem., Coord. Chem. Rev., Eur. J., Chem. Commun.等)发表SCI作文430多篇作文被引超过18300(个人H指数76),46篇作文被引超过百次,主编《配位聚合物生物》专著一部,参编专著与教材6部,获中国发明专利授权32项。

获国内自然科技二等奖(2014年,排名第一)、发改委提名国内科技技能奖自然科技二等奖(2005,排名第一)、天津市自然科技特等奖(2018,排名第一)、天津市自然科技一等奖(20022011,排名第一)、发改委霍英东讲解基金会研讨类少年导员奖(2000)、天津市研讨进步二等奖(1999)、天津少年研讨奖(1998)等。入选发改委跨世纪人力1997)、获政府特殊津贴(1999)、入选天津市“131”人力工程第一层次(2000)、获国内杰出少年基金(2002、人事部等七部委新世纪首批百千万人力工程国内级人选(2004)、天津市授衔无机生物专家(2004)、天津市劳动模范(2005)、卢嘉锡优秀导员奖(2010)、中国侨界贡献奖(2012)、当选英国皇家生物会会士(FRSC, 2014)等。
